YOUR FRESH AND TIGHT ROUTINE

STEP 1: CLEANSE

Shake V-Cleanse well before use.

Dispense 3–4 pumps into clean, wet hands. Gently lather and massage over the external vulva and perineal area. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean, soft towel.

Do not apply V-Cleanse internally.

STEP 2: APPLY

After cleansing and drying thoroughly, lie comfortably on your back with your knees bent.

Gently insert one pre-filled V-Honey applicator only as far as it comfortably goes. Press the plunger until it stops, remove the applicator and discard it.

Remain lying down for approximately 15 minutes to allow the gel to absorb and help prevent leakage. A panty liner may be worn if needed.

Use at night as directed. The original V-Honey routine recommends five consecutive nights. Wait at least 12 hours after application before sexual activity.
